Skift Subscriber Terms of Service

By subscribing to Skift, you are subject to Skift’s user policies as updated from time to time. These policies include these Terms or Service and our Privacy Policy. We may modify the Policies at any time without liability. You may terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing within five days after notice should you not want to accept such changes. If notice is not received, we assume you accept the changes.

Terms of Use

As a paid subscriber for Skift, Daily Lodging Report, Skift Research, and/or Airline Weekly, you agree to the following Terms of Use. By using the site(s), you explicitly agree to abide by these Terms, which we may change from time to time as necessary. If we change these Terms, you will be notified of the change when you next login and asked to accept the new Terms

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy defines what information we collect, use and disclose in terms of personal information from our users and is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Content Ownership

Other than where explicitly stated, Skift owns all the text, images, marks, logos and other content contained in the site (including all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, content and the layout, style and arrangement thereof — collectively, the “Site Content”).

Trademarks

The Skift logo and name is ours. Please don’t use it without asking us first.

Changes to Content or Access

We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund. If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Subscribers acknowledge that the contents of the Skift Research, Airline Weekly, Skift, and Daily Lodging Report are copyrighted by Skift and that neither Subscribers nor their employers where applicable hereby obtain rights whatsoever in the same. Except as described above, Subscribers shall not directly or indirectly reproduce, download or otherwise distribute (in print, electronic, or intranet format) material appearing on the site without prior written permission from Skift.

Privacy Policy 

This User Agreement and Privacy Policy governs each website, mobile site, application, and/or other service, regardless of how distributed, transmitted, published, or broadcast (each, a “Service”) provided by Skift, Inc and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that links to this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which is binding on all those who access, visit and/or use the service, whether acting as an individual or on behalf of an entity, including you and all persons, entities, or digital engines of any kind that harvest, crawl, index, scrape, spider, or mine digital content by an automated or manual process or otherwise (collectively, “you” or “your”).

Subscription Licenses

Single-Use License

A Single-Use License subscriber may access all Skift content as long as it is for their personal use. Subscribers may print copies of any content for personal use. Distribution of login/password and PDFs to audiences inside or outside the company or organization are not permitted. Subscribers may not post or otherwise mass distribute Skift content (e.g. via hard copy, email, and/or posting on intranet, company bulletin boards or other information storage and retrieval systems). If any of the above should occur, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription without refund.

Multi-Use License

Identical to Single-Use Licenses, but applicable to more than one subscriber in a company or organization as defined by an agreement with Skift to pay for multiple users in a company. Distribution of login/password and copies to audiences beyond those who are covered with multi-use licenses are not permitted. For more information, contact us at [email protected].

Enterprise License

A prepaid licensing program defined by an agreement with Skift that provides an entire company or organization access to Skift Subscription content. Refund Policy

Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may provide written/email notice to cancel your subscription at any time. Skift will discontinue future charges associated with your subscription upon receiving this notice. You will have access to all content until the expiration of the current subscription. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Cancellation and Refunds of One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
