These vehicles are very expensive to purchase, and hydrogen is very expensive to produce. Hydrogen on Demand is a technology that is used to make hydrogen as you need it. It gets consumed by the vehicles engine almost immediately so there is no storing this fuel. HOD is put together as a supplement to the fuel you are already using. There are several different ways to do this. But the bottom line is better fuel economy, better engine performance, less pollution, by a large margin, and you save money. yes it is not very available to the general public , but science is working to improve hydrogen technology.
