I have just bought a premier system the Dual ES4000 the kit did not have any install manual or eletrolyte. So they sent me some PDF files which I used to start installing my hho system.But I have a couple of questions.
#1 in the PDF files it says to connect the side wires of the cells which I do not have,know problem I did not realize there was a 2nd & 3rd generation cells. So I got my tank and cells mounted and every thing else,but the real question is the electrolyte mix. The PDF files say to use steam disstilled water and pottassium carbonate a mix of 128 grams to 1gal. the acceptable alternative is potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide but thay are very caustic, and shorten the life of the cells. Today I recieved my catalyst which is potassium hydroxide, so which is better to use?
#2 My kit came with the bubbler which the PDF files don`t mention about installing. From what I have read about them, they seem like a good idea to install. Do these bubblers change some of the hydrogen gas back into water passing thru the water in the bubbler?
#3 The hot wire for my PWM is to be connected to the fuel pump relay. I have a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L the manual says the relay is in the main fuse block but it`s not. Do you have any advice on what is a good way to solve this problem?
